George Clooney received a recognition as he took the stage to simply accept the Cecil B. DeMille award at the Golden Globes.

However, his acceptance speech was what really won over the audience.

After paying tribute to late moving-picture show legends Lauren Bacall and Robin Williams, Clooney acknowledged his adult female of quite 3 months, Amal Clooney.

"It's a humiliating factor once you notice somebody to like. [It's] even higher if you have been waiting your whole life," he said. "Amal, no matter alchemy it's that brought United States along i could not be a lot of proud to be your husband."

Clooney, whose adult female wore a "Je suis Charlie" badge to the show, additionally mentioned the tragic events that recently unrolled in Paris, and also the demonstrations that passed off earlier within the day in commonality with the victims of the shooting at French satiric newspaper Charlie Hebdo.

"We will not walk in fear," he said. "We will not do it. Je suis Charlie."
